Australia's Victorian State Government has delivered an Electronic Conveyancing application to streamline the process of land ownership and transfer. The process is protected by the government-endorsed VeriSign Gatekeeper Digital Certificates to secure electronic information.
With the VeriSign Gatekeeper Digital Certificates in place solicitors' and conveyancers' concerns over the security of data in the Electronic Conveyancing system have been alleviated. Those subscribers that are already active on the system know they have a competitive advantage.
