ABN-DSC Account Enrolment

To set up your ABN-DSC account we require some information about your organisation. This will assist us in verifying your organisation's identity.

Information Required:

  • Australian Business Number (ABN)
  • Entity Name associated with your ABN
    Check the Australian Business Register (ABR) for your ABN and Entity Name.
  • Contact details for your organisation
  • Payment Information

If the Entity Name is an individual's name, please enter the name in the following order; first, middle and last name. For example, if the legal name is listed on the ABR as "Smith, John Francis" please enter your Legal Name as John Francis Smith, without commas.

Note: If you require a certificate specifically for use with the Australian Customs Service, you should proceed to our Gatekeeper: Australian Customs Service pages.

We strongly recommend that you read this information before enrolling:
  • Ensure you are connected to a printer. After filling in the online enrolment forms you are required to print out some documents, which you will need to complete your enrolment.
  • Enrol and download your certificate from the same computer. Also, make sure you use the same type and version of browser.
  • You must download your Digital Certificate within 30 days of issuance. If you experience any problems when installing your certificate Symantec will replace your certificate free-of-charge during this period. After 30 days, normal charges will apply
  • Web-based email, such as Yahoo and Hotmail, do not allow full functionality of digital certificates. You should use a POP3 enabled email program which has full support for digital certificates.
